Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Louisa County Lions (Mineral, VA), 11-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Black Knights confront the Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA) in a Jefferson challenge, on Thursday, April 21. Charlottesville will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Flying Flucos enter the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA).
The Lions now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Albemarle for a Jefferson challenge on Thursday, April 21.
