St. Joseph's Catholic Knights (Greenville, SC) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Landrum Cardinals (Landrum, SC), 6-2 in a league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the Southside Christian Sabres (Simpsonville, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 20. St. Joseph's Catholic will attempt to move on its 12-5 season record. The Sabres enter the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Mauldin (Mauldin, SC).
The Cardinals now possess a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chesnee for a AA Region 2 challenge on Friday, April 22. Landrum will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-2 league Greer Middle College (Taylors, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 3-8.
