New Mexico High School Softball - Volcano Vista bounces Atrisco Heritage Academy

April 19, 2022: Albuquerque, NM 87114

The Volcano Vista Hawks (Albuquerque, NM) softball routed the visiting Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars (Albuquerque, NM), 10-2 in Tuesday's league contest.

With the triumph, Volcano Vista moves its record to 15-5 on the year. The Hawks travel to Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM) to play the Rams in a 5A District 1 contest on Wednesday, April 20. The Rams come into the contest with a record of 14-7. Rio Rancho lost 13-0 in their recent non-league contest against La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM)

In their next game, the Jaguars play the Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM) in a 5A District 1 contest, on Tuesday, April 26. Atrisco Heritage Academy will attempt to move on its 12-10 season record.
