Emmett Huskies (Emmett, ID) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Caldwell Cougars (Caldwell, ID), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Huskies now own a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Kelly for a 4A Southern Idaho challenge on Thursday, April 21. Emmett will battle a Knights squad coming off a 23-1 league win over Columbia (Nampa, ID). The Knights record now stands at 13-4.

With the loss, Caldwell falls to 1-17 on the campaign. The Cougars host Ridgevue (Nampa, ID) to battle the Warhawk in a 4A Southern Idaho challenge on Thursday, April 21. The Warhawk enter the challenge with a record of 6-12. Ridgevue won 8-5 in their recent league challenge against Nampa (Nampa, ID)
