The Cobre Indians routed the host Hot Springs Tigers softball squad by a count of 20-0 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Indians (13-7) will now prepare for their battle against Socorro (Socorro, NM). The Warriors go into the 3A District 3 bout with a 0-8 record. In their last bout, Socorro was routed by Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM), 23-22, in a league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 1-17 record. They play next when they travel to Hatch Valley for a 3A District 3 bout on Friday, April 22. Hot Springs will confront a Bears squad coming off a 23-22 league win over Socorro (Socorro, NM). The Bears record now stands at 8-7.
