Jourdanton Indians/Squaws (Jourdanton, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Dilley Wolves (Dilley, TX), 5-0 in a league challenge.

The Indians/Squaws now own a 24-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lytle for a 3A Region IV District 27 challenge on Friday, April 22. Jourdanton will battle a Pirates squad coming off a 14-0 league win over Karnes City (Karnes City, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 13-11.

With the loss, Dilley falls to 18-11 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Poth (Poth, TX) to battle the Pirates in a 3A Region IV District 27 challenge on Friday, April 22. The Pirates enter the challenge with a record of 21-5. Poth won 10-0 in their recent league challenge against Poteet (Poteet, TX)
