The Eastlake Falcons softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Socorro Bulldogs to 7 in the Falcons league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Eastlake improves its record to 9-15 on the year. The Falcons travel to Coronado (El Paso, TX) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a 6A Region I District 1 game on Friday, April 22. The Thunderbirds come into the game with a record of 7-24. Coronado lost 8-1 in their recent league game against Eastwood (El Paso, TX)

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Montwood Rams (El Paso, TX) in a 6A Region I District 1 game, on Friday, April 22. Socorro will attempt to improve on its 20-10 season record. The Rams come into the game with a 15-18 record after their 2-1 league loss to Pebble Hills (El Paso, TX).
