The Laguna Acoma Hawks softball team (New Laguna, NM), was tipped 22-21 in Tuesday's non-league test with the host McCurdy Bobcats (Espanola, NM)
Coming up next, the Bobcats encounter the Pecos Panthers (Pecos, NM) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 22. McCurdy will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 11-2 league loss to Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, NM).
The Hawks (8-8) will now prepare for their test against Navajo Pine (Navajo, NM). The Warriors come into the A/2A District 1 test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Navajo Pine was tipped by Tohatchi (Tohatchi, NM), 14-13, in a non-league test.
