Olympian Eagles (Chula Vista, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Sweetwater Red Devils (National City, CA), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 9-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hilltop for a Metro South Bay challenge on Thursday, April 21. Olympian will face a Lancers squad coming off a 8-1 league win over Chula Vista (Chula Vista, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 11-11.

With the loss, Sweetwater falls to 10-6 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Mar Vista (Imperial Beach, CA) to face the Mariners in a Metro South Bay challenge on Thursday, April 21. The Mariners enter the challenge with a record of 11-7. Mar Vista lost 4-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA)
