The Cave Spring Knights crushed the host Patrick Henry Patriots baseball team by a count of 15-4 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Knights now possess a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they host Pulaski County for a River Ridge bout on Monday, April 24. Cave Spring will face a Cougars team coming off a 7-0 league loss to Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-6.
Next, the Patriots face the Salem Spartans (Salem, VA) in a River Ridge bout, on Friday, April 21. Patrick Henry will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 8-4 record after their 7-2 league win over Pulaski County (Dublin, VA).
