In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Naugatuck Greyhounds baseball team scored a tight 3-2 victory over the St. Paul Catholic Falcons.
The Greyhounds (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT). The Hawks go into the Naugatuck Valley - Copper game with a 8-1 record. In their last game, Woodland Regional was edged by Seymour (Seymour, CT), 14-6, in a league game.
