In Wednesday's league game, the visiting River View Black Bears baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Philo Electrics.

The Black Bears (9-2) will now prepare for their game against Morgan (McConnelsville, OH). The Raiders go into the Muskingum Valley game with a 9-3 record. In their last game, Morgan tipped Crooksville (Crooksville, OH), 12-2, in a league game.
