In the 4th, the Marauders tied it up when Everett Elia roped a double to the left field wall to score Derek Onevelo who had walked and stolen second base. Then the dramatics kicked in as the Marauders came to bat in the bottom of the 7th. Josh Eagle led off with a single and Ron Anspach followed with a single of his own on the next pitch bringing Anthony Greco to the plate. Greco drew a 4-pitch walk setting the stage for Brendan Bucello who went deep in the count and was eventually hit by a pitch forcing in the winning run. Ty Graczyk was sensational on the mound after yielding the 2 runs in the top of the first. He only gave up 3 hits after that while striking out 8 and walking none in the complete game victory. St. Joe's moves to 4-1 (1-0) and will face St. Francis again on Friday.
