Virginia High School Soccer - Patrick Henry held off by Cave Spring

In Wednesday's league battle, the host Cave Spring Knights soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Patrick Henry Patriots.
The Knights (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pulaski County (Dublin, VA). The Cougars come into the River Ridge battle with a 0-10 record. In their last test, Pulaski County was tipped by Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA), 8-0, in a league test.
With the loss, Patrick Henry drops to 6-3 on the season. The Patriots travel to Salem (Conyers, GA) to encounter the Seminoles in a non-league test on Friday, April 21. The Seminoles come into the test with a record of 4-12. Salem lost 10-0 in their recent non-league test against St. Vincent's (Savannah, GA)
