In Wednesday's league battle, the host River Mill Jaguars soccer squad scored a close 2-0 win over the Triangle Math & Science Tigers.
The Jaguars (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC). The Cardinals go into the non-league battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Cornerstone Charter nipped Carver (Winston-Salem, NC), 8-1, in a league battle.
