The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the James River Knights (Buchanan, VA) and the visiting Auburn Eagles (Riner, VA), saw James River's soccer squad knock off Auburn by a margin of 2-0.

The Knights now sport a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Radford for a Three Rivers test on Thursday, April 20. James River will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Pulaski County (Dublin, VA). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Auburn drops to 4-5 on the season. The Eagles host George Wythe (Wytheville, VA) to meet the Maroons in a Mountain Empire test on Monday, April 24.
