North Carolina High School Softball - Apex Friendship bounces Green Hope

April 19, 2023: Apex, NC 27502

The Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) softball routed the visiting Green Hope Falcons (Cary, NC), 24-3 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Patriots (9-3) will now prepare for their bout against Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Catamounts go into the Southwest Wake 4A game with a 12-3 record. In their last game, Panther Creek was routed by Apex (Apex, NC), 11-6, in a league game.

In their next game, the Falcons play the Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) in a Southwest Wake 4A game, on Friday, April 21. Green Hope will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Mustangs come into the game with a 4-8 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Heritage (Wake Forest, NC).
