The Bibb County Choctaws (Centreville, AL) softball routed the host West Blocton Tigers (West Blocton, AL), 13-6 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Choctaws (13-9) will now prepare for their bout against Demopolis (Demopolis, AL). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 17-10 record. In their last bout, Demopolis held off Marbury (Marbury, AL), 3-0, in a league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 12-9 record. They play next when they host American Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 20. West Blocton will confront a Patriots squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Gordo (Gordo, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 23-3.
