The Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School Mustangs softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting California Military Institute Rough Riders to 3 in the Mustangs league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School moves its record to 2-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to San Jacinto Valley Academy (San Jacinto, CA) to clash with the Wolves in a South Valley game on Thursday, April 20. The Wolves come into the game with a record of 12-2. San Jacinto Valley Academy won 22-0 in their recent league game against Desert Christian Academy (Bermuda Dunes, CA)

In their next game, the Rough Riders clash with the Nuview Bridge Knights (Nuevo, CA) in a South Valley game, on Friday, April 21. California Military Institute will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 10-4 record after their 20-10 league win over Temecula Prep (Winchester, CA).
