New Lexington Panthers (New Lexington, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Coshocton Redskins (Coshocton, OH), 15-2 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they host John Glenn for a Muskingum Valley challenge on Thursday, April 20. New Lexington will face a Little Muskies squad coming off a 9-0 league win over Tri-Valley (Dresden, OH). The Little Muskies record now stands at 14-1.

With the loss, Coshocton moves to 1-13 on the season. The Redskins host Maysville (Zanesville, OH) to meet the Panthers in a Muskingum Valley match on Thursday, April 20. The Panthers go into the match with a record of 3-7. Maysville lost 14-0 in their recent league match against Sheridan (Thornville, OH)
