Great Oak Wolfpack (Temecula, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Vista Murrieta Broncos (Murrieta, CA), 5-2 in a league challenge.

The Wolfpack now own a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they host Murrieta Valley for a Southwestern challenge on Thursday, April 20. Great Oak will face a Nighthawks squad coming off a 14-4 league loss to Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA). The Nighthawks record now stands at 6-12.

With the loss, Vista Murrieta falls to 14-6 on the campaign. The Broncos host Great Oak (Temecula, CA) to face the Wolfpack in a Southwestern challenge on Friday, April 21. The Wolfpack enter the challenge with a record of 12-7. Great Oak won 12-2 in their recent league challenge against Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA)
