Marion Swamp Foxes (Marion, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Green Sea Floyds Trojans (Green Sea, SC), 15-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Swamp Foxes now own a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lee Central for a AA Region 8 challenge on Friday, April 21. Marion will face a Stallions squad coming off a 25-0 league loss to Marion (Marion, SC). The Stallions record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Green Sea Floyds falls to 4-14 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Mullins (Mullins, SC) to face the Auctioneers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 20. The Auctioneers enter the challenge with a record of 0-2.
