The McCall-Donnelly Vandals softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Payette Pirates to 4 in the Vandals league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, McCall-Donnelly improves its record to 5-12 on the year. The Vandals host Homedale (Homedale, ID) to clash with the Trojans in a 3A Snake River Valley game on Monday, April 24. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 14-5. Homedale won 8-4 in their recent league game against Fruitland (Fruitland, ID)

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Nyssa Bulldogs (Nyssa, OR) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 21. Payette will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 2-8 record after their 14-1 league loss to Vale (Vale, OR).
