Michigan High School Softball - Merrill bounces Montabella

The Merrill Vandals routed the host Montabella Mustangs softball squad by a count of 17-11 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Vandals (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against St. Charles (St. Charles, MI). The Bulldogs go into the Mid-State bout with a 1-1 record.
The Mustangs now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Coleman for a Mid-State bout on Tuesday, April 25. Montabella will confront a Comets squad coming off a 14-13 league loss to Carson City-Crystal (Carson City, MI). The Comets record now stands at 7-3.
