Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Ashdown Panthers (Ashdown, AR) and the visiting Malvern Leopards (Malvern, AR), witnessed Ashdown's baseball team gain a win over Malvern by a score of 14-4.

The Panthers (14-8) will now prepare for their match against De Queen (De Queen, AR). The Leopards go into the 4A Region 7 match with a 11-5 record. In their last match, De Queen gained a win over Camden Fairview (Camden, AR), 7-3, in a league match.

The Leopards (1-17) will now prepare for their match against Magnolia (Magnolia, AR). The Panthers go into the 4A Region 7 match with a 15-7 record.
