In Friday's league game, the host Centennial Hawks baseball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Gadsden Panthers.
The Hawks (15-5) will now prepare for their game against Gadsden (Anthony, NM). The Panthers go into the 5A District 3 game with a 5-13 record. In their last game, Gadsden was overwhelmed by Centennial (Las Cruces, NM), 9-7, in a league game.
