In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Central Golden Eagles baseball team scored a nice 13-0 victory over the East Longmeadow Spartans.
The Golden Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Westfield (Westfield, MA). The Bombers go into the non-league game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Westfield was overwhelmed by Taconic (Pittsfield, MA), 8-2, in a league game.
The Spartans (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Holyoke (Holyoke, MA). The Purple Knights go into the non-league game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Holyoke was overwhelmed by Agawam (Agawam, MA), 14-5, in a non-league game.
