With the win, Dixon upgrades its record to 7-11 on the season. The Bulldogs host New Bern (New Bern, NC) to battle the Bears in a non-league test on Saturday, April 20. The Bears come into the test with a record of 11-6. New Bern won 18-2 in their recent league test against Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC)

With the defeat, White Oak falls to 1-12 on the season. The Vikings travel to West Carteret (Morehead City, NC) to battle the Patriots in a Coastal 3A test on Tuesday, April 23. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 6-11. West Carteret lost 10-6 in their recent non-league test against South Central (Winterville, NC)
