With the win, Fayette Academy upgrades its record to 4-14 on the season. The Vikings host McNairy Central (Selmer, TN) to battle the Bobcats in a non-league test on Saturday, April 20. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 9-14. McNairy Central won 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Wayne County (Waynesboro, TN)

With the defeat, St. Benedict at Auburndale falls to 1-18 on the season. The Eagles travel to Christian Brothers (Memphis, TN) to battle the Purple Wave in a D II-AA West test on Monday, April 22. The Purple Wave come into the test with a record of 11-6. Christian Brothers lost 8-0 in their recent non-league test against Edwardsville (Edwardsville, IL)
