The Robbinsville Black Knights (Robbinsville, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Hiwassee Dam Eagles (Murphy, NC), 8-1 in Friday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Black Knights encounter the Hayesville Yellowjackets (Hayesville, NC) in a Smoky Mountain 1A contest, on Monday, April 22. Robbinsville will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the contest with a 12-2 record after their 16-1 league win over Murphy (Murphy, NC).
