The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Durham School of the Arts Bulldogs (Durham, NC) and the visiting Hillside Hornets (Durham, NC), saw Durham School of the Arts's volleyball squad beat Hillside by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Durham School of the Arts upgrades its record to 7-7 on the year. The Bulldogs host Freedom Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 20. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 7-0. Freedom Christian Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Excelsior Classical Academy (Durham, NC)

The Hornets now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Panther Creek for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 25. Hillside will play a Catamounts squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Triangle Math & Science (Apex, NC). The Catamounts record now stands at 9-1.
