The Miramonte Matadors lacrosse team scored 17 points and limited the visiting Northgate Broncos to 4 in the Matadors league triumph on Friday.
The Matadors (7-8) will now prepare for their game against Acalanes (Lafayette, CA). The Dons enter the Diablo Athletic League game with a 11-6 record. In their last game, Acalanes was overwhelmed by Carondelet (Concord, CA), 17-3, in a non-league game.
The Broncos (2-10) will now prepare for their game against Campolindo (Moraga, CA). The Cougars enter the Diablo Athletic League game with a 9-5 record. In their last game, Campolindo toppled Acalanes (Lafayette, CA), 7-6, in a league game.
