The Moriarty Pintos baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes to 5 in the Pintos non-league victory on Friday.
The Pintos (7-4) will now prepare for their match against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Elks/Elkettes go into the non-league match with a 2-8 record. In their last match, Pojoaque Valley gained a win over Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM), 11-2, in a non-league match.
The Elks/Elkettes (2-9) will now prepare for their match against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Pintos go into the non-league match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Moriarty was overwhelmed by Taos (Taos, NM), 9-4, in a non-league match.
