Hockinson Hawks (Brush Prairie, WA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Ridgefield Spudders (Ridgefield, WA), 4-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Hawks face the R.A. Long Lumberjacks (Longview, WA) in a 2A Greater St. Helens challenge, on Tuesday, April 23. Hockinson will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Lumberjacks enter the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 4-0 league win over Woodland (Woodland, WA).

The Spudders now have a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Mark Morris for a 2A Greater St. Helens challenge on Tuesday, April 23. Ridgefield will face a Monarchs team coming off a 6-0 league loss to Columbia River (Vancouver, WA). The Monarchs record now stands at 1-12.
