The Schaeffer Academy Lions routed the host Alden-Conger/Glenville-Emmons softball squad by a count of 12-7 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Lions (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Fillmore Central/Lanesboro (Harmony, MN). The Falcons go into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Fillmore Central/Lanesboro was routed by Cotter (Winona, MN), 12-2, in a non-league battle.
The now sport a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman for a non-league battle on Monday, April 22. Alden-Conger/Glenville-Emmons will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 20-0 non-league loss to United South Central (Wells, MN). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-6.
