The Sylvan Hills Bears softball team (Sherwood, AR), was routed 16-3 in Friday's non-league test with the visiting Bauxite Miners (Bauxite, AR)

Coming up next, the Miners encounter the Quitman Bulldogs (Quitman, AR) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 22. Bauxite will attempt to improve on its 16-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 22-6 record after their 13-2 league win over Sloan-Hendrix (Imboden, AR).

The Bears (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Vilonia (Vilonia, AR). The Eagles come into the 5A Central test with a 13-7 record. In their last test, Vilonia overcame Atkins (Atkins, AR), 13-11, in a non-league test.
