The crowd at Friday's league match between the Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY) and the host Casey County Rebels (Liberty, KY), saw Pulaski County's softball squad nip Casey County by a count of 10-3.

The Maroons now sport a 12-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Jessamine for a non-league match on Saturday, April 20. Pulaski County will face a Colts squad coming off a 11-7 non-league win over Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY). The Colts record now stands at 17-2.

With the loss, Casey County falls to 9-11 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to McCreary Central (Stearns, KY) to face the Raiders in a non-league match on Monday, April 22. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 5-8. McCreary Central won 12-6 in their recent non-league match against Williamsburg (Williamsburg, KY)
