In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Tyngsborough Tigers softball team scored a nice 11-3 win over the Lunenburg Blue Knights.
Coming up next, the Tigers battle the Westford Academy Grey Ghosts (Westford, MA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 22. Tyngsborough will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Grey Ghosts enter the outing with a 2-5 record after their 8-2 non-league loss to Chelmsford (North Chelmsford, MA).
The Blue Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against South (Worcester, MA). The Colonels enter the non-league outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, South was routed by West Boylston (West Boylston, MA), 16-3, in a non-league outing.
