The Oconto Blue Devils softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Menominee Maroons to 7 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Oconto moves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Blue Devils host Sevastopol (Sturgeon Bay, WI) to play the Pioneers in a Packerland game on Friday, April 26. The Pioneers come into the game with a record of 4-3.

In their next game, the Maroons play the Gladstone Braves (Gladstone, MI) in a Great Northern U.P. game, on Tuesday, April 23. Menominee will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Braves come into the game with a 2-2 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Ithaca (Ithaca, MI).
