In Friday's league outing, the visiting Mooresville Blue Devils softball team scored a nice 22-4 win over the West Cabarrus Wolverines.
Coming up next, the Blue Devils battle the South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC) in a Greater Metro 4A outing, on Tuesday, April 23. Mooresville will attempt to upgrade on its 18-0 season record. The Vikings enter the outing with a 7-10 record after their 14-10 league win over A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC).
