Delaware High School Softball - Newark Charter School bounces MOT Charter

The Newark Charter School Patriots softball team scored 13 runs and held the host MOT Charter Mustangs to 3 in the Patriots league win on Friday.
The Patriots now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sussex Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 20. Newark Charter School will encounter a Seahawks team coming off a 7-5 league loss to Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE). The Seahawks record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, MOT Charter moves to 3-4 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Wilmington Charter (Wilmington, DE) to encounter the Force in a Diamond State battle on Tuesday, April 23. The Force come into the battle with a record of 4-4.
