California High School Softball - Piedmont bounces Tennyson

Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Tennyson Lancers (Hayward, CA), 13-3 in a league challenge.

The Highlanders now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host El Cerrito for a non-league game on Monday, April 22. Piedmont will clash with a Gauchos team coming off a 10-4 league loss to Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA). The Gauchos record now stands at 6-7.

In their next game, the Lancers clash with the Valley Christian Vikings (Dublin, CA) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 22. Tennyson will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Vikings come into the game with a 2-5 record after their 24-3 league loss to Head-Royce (Oakland, CA).
