The Tri-Valley Bulldogs softball team (Hegins, PA), was tipped 1-0 in Friday's league test with the host Williams Valley Vikings (Tower City, PA)

Coming up next, the Vikings clash with the Minersville Battlin' Miners (Minersville, PA) in a Schuylkill II test, on Sunday, April 21. Williams Valley will attempt to improve on its 9-2 season record. The Battlin' Miners come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 14-2 non-league loss to Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA).

The Bulldogs (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Mahanoy Area (Mahanoy City, PA). The Golden Bears come into the non-league test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Mahanoy Area edged Shenandoah Valley (Shenandoah, PA), 16-1, in a league test.
