Ohio High School Baseball - Central Crossing defeats Franklin Heights

April 19, 2025: Columbus, OH 43204

The Central Crossing Comets baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host Franklin Heights Falcons to 1 in the Comets non-league win on Saturday.

The Comets now own a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they host New Albany for a Ohio Capital - Ohio test on Monday, April 21. Central Crossing will play a Eagles team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Jackson (Massillon, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 6-3.

With the defeat, Franklin Heights drops to 4-7 on the year. The Falcons travel to Grandview Heights (Columbus, OH) to play the Bobcats in a Mid-State - Ohio test on Monday, April 21. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 3-5. Grandview Heights lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Madison Plains (London, OH)
