Michigan High School Baseball - Grandville sneaks past Portage Central

In Saturday's non-league game, the host Grandville Bulldogs baseball team scored a close 10-9 victory over the Portage Central Mustangs.
The Bulldogs (6-3) will now prepare for their game against West Ottawa (Holland, MI). The Panthers enter the Ottawa-Kent - Red game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, West Ottawa held off Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI), 12-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Mustangs face the Mattawan Wildcats (Mattawan, MI) in a Southwestern Michigan - West game, on Tuesday, April 22. Portage Central will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 4-1 record after their 2-2 league St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI).
