The Marsh Valley Eagles (Arimo, ID) baseball trounced the visiting Preston Indians (Preston, ID), 18-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 15-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Snake River for a 4A South East Idaho challenge on Monday, April 21. Marsh Valley will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Teton (Driggs, ID). The Panthers record now stands at 5-12.
With the defeat, Preston drops to 5-7 on the year. The Indians host Century (Pocatello, ID) to clash with the Diamondbacks in a 5A South East Idaho challenge on Wednesday, April 23. The Diamondbacks go into the challenge with a record of 5-15. Century lost 12-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Madison (Rexburg, ID)
