The St. Albans Bulldogs (Washington, DC) baseball got by the visiting Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC), 5-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 14-12 record. They take the field next when they host St. Stephen's & St. Agnes for a Interstate Athletic challenge on Tuesday, April 22.
With the defeat, Sidwell Friends drops to 12-4 on the year. The Quakers travel to Gonzaga (Washington, DC) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 12-9. Gonzaga won 5-3 in their recent league challenge against St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD)
