Winnetonka Griffins (Kansas City, MO) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lafayette Fighting Irish (St. Joseph, MO), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Winnetonka improves its record to 2-13 on the season. The Griffins travel to Belton (Belton, MO) to face the Pirates in a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 11-11. Belton lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Park Hill (Kansas City, MO)

The Fighting Irish now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grandview for a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. Lafayette will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Battle (Columbia, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-9.
