The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL) and the host Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL), observed Lockport's softball team notch a victory over Neuqua Valley by a tally of 21-4.

The Porters (8-6) will now prepare for their bout against St. Laurence (Burbank, IL). The Vikings go into the non-league bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, St. Laurence gained a win over Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL), 18-14, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the DeKalb Barbs (DeKalb, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 21. Neuqua Valley will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Barbs go into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 12-7 non-league win over Naperville Central (Naperville, IL).
