Ohio High School Softball - Claymont edges John Glenn

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Claymont Mustangs softball team scored a tight 8-6 win over the John Glenn Little Muskies.
The Mustangs (10-7) will now prepare for their match against Sandy Valley (Magnolia, OH). The Cardinals come into the Inter Valley South match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, Sandy Valley nipped Cambridge (Cambridge, OH), 12-1, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Little Muskies battle the River View Black Bears (Warsaw, OH) in a Muskingum Valley match, on Monday, April 21. John Glenn will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Black Bears come into the match with a 3-12 record after their 12-4 league loss to West Muskingum (Zanesville, OH).
